Tour Manager was originally started as a consultancy company by Lee Peterson after several years working in IT.
The focus was very much on the dance music scene, and helping acts to turn their "cool" act into a commercial entity.
During the 2000's Tour Manager were working on some of the UK's earliest reality shows, and helping turn people into international stars "overnight". Lee Peterson could see the power of TV to even turn runners up such as Liberty X into international recording artists.
From 2004 Tour Manager evolved into two clear divisions - Tour Management and Celebrity Management with Lee Peterson taking much more of an office role whilst the day to day role was split between a few key people working for Lee.

Lee set up a dedicated management team in a separate office in the heart of the West End and secured a number of high profile contracts.
It was during this time that we traded under the names Little Bird Management and Neon Management for specific projects.
Lee Peterson also exclusively managed the careers of Tamara Ecclestone and Petra Ecclestone directly for F1 Boss Mr Bernie Ecclestone.
Lee Peterson lives in Hertfordshire with his family.
